The other night was Rookie of the Year Figurine night and Kaner's teammates gave him a hard time about the figurine.

On Monday a woman died at a Blackhawks game. The weird part: 22 years ago her mother died at a Blackhawks game. My condolences to the Kuhlman family. Don't you think it might be a good idea for them to no longer go to Blackhawks games.
I was going through my Google Analytics today and all I have to say is to whoever found my blog by searching "why does patrick kane always have his mouth guard out of his mouth" I have no idea but if anyone finds out feel free to let me know. I mean I expect them to be chewing on them when they aren't on the ice or after the whistle but while he is playing seems unusual.
I know I didn't mention the All-Star Ballot but I have too much to say about it and it deserves it's own post.

At first I didn't like them they looked too dark on TV but I saw pictures and they looked much nicer. I realized the brightness on my TV was all off, it is changed now and I realize I actually do like them.
